Laura Hostick, CPA, CA

Laura started LMH in 2013 with the goal of making a larger impact to her clients while being more client facing.  Laura’s worked in the accounting business since 2007, and most recently came from Grant Thornton’s small business group.  She’s always worked with small to medium sized businesses, and loves working with business owners to teach them about accounting, taxes and how to see beyond the numbers.  You can always strike up a conversation with Laura about running, wellness and her two daughters, Isla and Maren.

Meaghan McCafferty-Beggs

Meaghan has been a junior bookkeeper with LMH since 2015.  She comes from administrative and management backgrounds with a keen interest in international business which she studied in Australia in 2007.  Meaghan began bookkeeping when she decided it would be a good blend of her administrative, organizational and data entry skills while immersing her in a world of other business-minded individuals and entrepreneurs.  She is task-motivated, efficient and has a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals.  Give her the chance and Meaghan will talk your ear off about her love of the outdoors and travel, how her tennis lessons are going, her border collie Rowan or son Asher!

Jayshri Hira

Jayshri started as a bookkeeper with LMH in September 2016.  She has over twenty years experience with small business clients from working at Grant Thornton as a Senior Accountant.  Prior to this Jayshri also worked at a non-profit organization.  She is hard working, organized and highly motivated.  Jayshri’s  ability to work with clients across various businesses is her strength.  She is dedicated to support her clients with meeting deadlines.  She enjoys reading, travel and going on hikes. Now that her daughters, Vanisha and Veena  are away at university, she is discovering new trails in the Oakville area after her move from Markham!

Anica Chodri, CPA, CGA

Anica has been a bookkeeper with LMH since 2017. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2013. She then went on to obtain her accounting designation as a Certified General Accountant. She started her career working in a small accounting firm and went on to open her own practice focusing on both small business accounting and accounting software training. Anica loves finding new ways to make her clients’ lives easier by keeping them up-to-date with new and improving systems. In her free time she is passionate about learning new languages and loves to try new things.
